This is a 2022 Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo; a purpose-built factory race car from Ferrari's Corse Clienti program, the division responsible for Ferrari's most serious customer motorsport operations worldwide. It was built for one thing, and it does that one thing better than almost anything money can buy.  The Evo is the definitive version of the 488 Challenge; the most developed, most capable car Ferrari has ever produced for its one-make racing series. More front axle downforce. Independent front and rear aero adjustment. A steering wheel derived from the FXX-K Evo and the Le Mans-winning 488 GTE. Race-spec 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 670 horsepower with specific engine mapping, shorter gear ratios, and 28 kilograms stripped from the powertrain alone. Slick Pirelli tyres. Four-mode ABS. Nothing carried over from the road car that didn't need to be.  Finished in Nero, carbon racing seats, passenger seat kit fitted. Built January 2022, 4,039 miles of track use, no warranty; as every Challenge car leaves Maranello.  The Ferrari Challenge series now runs across five continents. In 2023, seventy-one of these cars raced together at Le Mans. Ownership puts you in that world, factory support, Finali Mondiali, and a car that is genuinely competitive the moment it hits the circuit.  At $249,988, this is one of the most accessible entry points into factory Ferrari motorsport that exists. It has been meticulously maintained. and was fully prepped at the end of the 2023 season, including a new splitter and A-Arms due to a small amount of wear.This car was always presented in like-new condition for each event. Complete fluid changes were made after each event, not every other as standard practice.
